in winning a national championship.
Michael McNeely is an accomplished bowling coach with strong roots in the world of collegiate athletics. With extensive experience in coaching and mentoring student-athletes, Michael made significant contributions to the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in Atlanta, GA, from October 2017 to June 2022 and at the University of the Cumberlands from 2016 to 2017.
During his short tenure at the University of the Cumberlands, Michael led the men’s team to the Mid-South Conference Championship, etching their names in the program's history as the first team to achieve that level of success. The following season, Michael led the women’s program to win their first tournament decided by total pinfall.
At SCAD, Michael’s coaching philosophy and leadership enabled the team to reach new heights, including earning their first bid to sectionals and leading a handful of bowlers to 'all-tournament team' honors.
In 2017 Michael took the necessary steps to earn his USBC Silver Coaching Certification. This accolade helped him deepen his understanding of the finer points and provided an avenue to help him share his passion for the sport. He has leveraged this to guide and inspire every bowler he has worked with.
With his USBC Silver Certification, his leadership skills, and his proven ability to nurture talent and maximize potential he hopes to continue growing the sport one bowler (or team) at a time. #WelcomeMcNeely #NewInstructor #BowlingFactoryTrainingCenter #TeamworkMakesTheDreamWork
